Guys came out and figured out why my led lights on my Slingshot were not working. They did not do the install, but nevertheless checked it out and solved the issue. Friendly, professional and I would return for future work.

We had some issues with our heating system. Our mechanical repair facility insisted that it was an issue with my aftermarket radio that integrates with the AC and heat. This crew is fantastic, not only did they determine that it was not the radio causing the problem, they were able to fix the MECHANICAL part. They are not in the auto repair business so this was awesome. I have been doing business with Wow for 25 plus years. I can not count how many vehicles or installations i have had by Wow. Thank you for taking care of my old truck and helping me keep it looking, sounding, and apparently heating, just like new.

Ok. I took my VW due to the fact that my local best buy install did not go as expected. It would take 15 min to hear any sound from my Alpine aftermarket amp dsp and speakers. This place is the number one Alpine rated shop online, in my area, so I took a chance with this shop. They sell many other brands as well. There is a reason they go to the top of the list. Turns out the factory head unit needs a load resistor to work properly. Tony, THE TECH, took the time to figure out out! Now it sounds and works like a charm. I will now be a loyal customer for sure! A+. Support these guys! Family business. All your aftermarket audio needs can be fulfilled here! I will return.
